Hire purchase loan
This is a loan for purchase of house hold appliances and two, four wheeler motor vehicles for the members of this society. An amount not exceeding Rs.10 lakh will be disbursed as a loan.
Special mortgage loan (for other purposes)
This is a loan provided by the society on the basis of documents owned by them for purchase of land, necessary treatment, education needs of children and marriage needs. An amount not exceeding Rs.20 lakhs will be disbursed in this loan. Maximum tenure of the loan is 15 years.
Deposit loan
It is a loan given on the basis of Fixed deposit, Recurring deposit in the name of the borrower an amount of not exceeding 90% of that deposit can be sanctioned.
Emergency loan
In very urgent cases an amount equal to one months salary of members can sanctioned under this loan in instalments or lumpsum. Loan will be sanctioned on the basis of own salary certificate and declaration of drawing officer.
Overdraft loan
It is loan given to members of this society for their essential needs. Maximum of Rs.5 lakh is given for the period of 12 months.

Education loan
This loan is sanctioned for the professional education expenses of the children of the members of this society. Loans not exceeding Rs.10 lakh and Rs.1 lakh for general education purpose of children.
