Chittoor Govt. Servants Co-op Society, a trust organization of government servants, teachers, and residents of Chittoor Taluk, formed in 1927, has been functioning near the Chittoor AEO office for the last 97 years. All the banking facilities required by the modern age have been provided by this society to its members and investors over the years. Since it is not in the existing building, the team purchased 16 cents of land near Ayyappan Kav, Anikkode, on February 20, 2020, and laid the foundation stone of the new building on April 23, 2022.

The formal inauguration of the new building was held on November 16, 2023, at 10:30 am by Hon. Cooperative Registration Department Minister Shri V.N. Vasavan. Then, in the opening program at Anikkode, the Minister of Electricity, Mr. K. Krishnan Kutty, Nemmara MLA Mr. K. Babu, Director of Malabar Cements, Mr. E.N. Suresh Babu, Mr. M.A. Ajith Kumar (General Secretary, FSETO), and prominent collaborators participated.
