For members this is a loan that is sanctioned for A Class and D Class members of this society for construction of house,purchase of house,purchase of flat,villa,land for building house,to take over housing loan from other financial institutions and for house repairs. The property should be owned by the applicant in his own name or jointly in the name of wife,husband,father,mother,brother and sister. In this collective persons should be A,D Class member in this society.

- Certificate of superior officer including an agreement that the superior officer will make recovery from the salary
